Client Services Manager

A Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm based in Newmarket has a vacancy for an experienced Client Services Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the administration team, will organise workloads, identify training needs of the administrators and areas for continuous improvement. As well as ensuring that there is always the appropriate level of Administration support for the Financial Planners. 

Other duties include; liaising with product providers to obtain client's policy information, producing quotes and applications forms, recording and maintaining client data, preparing and submitting technical compliance information, researching appropriate products and investments and preparing accurate, timely and compliant suitability reports.

Good knowledge of Pensions, Investments and Compliance along with excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Level 4 or DipFA would be advantageous. For more information about this position can you please send your CV to Douglas McDougall.
