An award winning UK based Mortgage Intermediary firm has a vacancy within the Broker Support Team. The position is office based in Solihull and is a permanent role.

You will be supporting and Mortgage Brokers, answering questions, dealing with enquiries, building relationships and highlighting services available to them. Ultimately making sure that they receive excellent customer service at all times.

The role is phone based and previous experience in a phone based, customer service role and the ability to work as part of a close knit team is essential.
