One of our highly respected, market leading & award winning mortgage broker business partners, is seeking fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisers to work in partnership with leading independent estate agency branches in various locations across the South West, South Wales and Midlands.

This excellent opportunity has arisen as a result of their continued success and dynamic growth plans utilising their unique business formulae. Working with these established estate agent offices you will have access to a fantastic lead source with appointments and leads generated by the sales teams as well as fantastic marketing support and exclusive mortgage deals.

The roles offer a great opportunity of achieving a work life balance in addition to the potential to earn in the region of £60,000 - 80,000 pa once established. There is also the option of initial funding whilst you build your business and subsequent pipeline.

You must be CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with ideally at least 6-12 months or more recent experience working in the mortgage market, knowledge of working within the estate agency sector would be useful although not essential, however a demonstrable sales background is important.
