Negotiable Salary + Leads + Bonus + Share Options = OTE £70,000+

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser. The role is with a Brokerage based in Harrow, exclusively servicing the firm's new and existing clients. The leads are being supplied by the firm's own established online Estate Agency.

You will be providing Mortgage Advice by phone or face to face and will be responsible for identifying if their needs and giving suitable recommedations. You must have a good working knowledge of compliance and be able to give a high level of customer service and support.

You will need to have experience as a Mortgage Adviser, be able to show a track record of working in a targeted environment and posses CeMAP or equivalent qualification.

The salary is negotiable plus there is a competitive bonuses structure giving an OTE of £70,000+ as well as an opportunity to gain shares in the firm.
